Here are some of the most common questions we're asked about our soft play.
How long can I hire the equipment?

Our prices include up to 6 hours hire time. This includes set up and pack up, however additional hours can be added for £10.00 per additional hour.

Are you Insured?

Yes absolutely, we have full public liability insurance covering our equipment and our services. Some venues may want copy of our insurance certificate before they allow us to set up our equipment. Our staff are also DBS checked, and we can also provide that information if the venue require it.

Do you supervise the party?

No. We believe everyone has more fun if we aren't there. Therefore the organiser will be responsible for the safe use of our equipment.

Are there lots of do's & don'ts?

There are only 3 things we ask;

  • 1) No shoes on the eqipment
  • 2) No food or drink or anything sticky on the equipment
  • 3) Have fun!

How long does the softplay take to set up?

Depending on which package you choose and the ease of access at the venue, setup time can vary between 20-45 minutes, but we do aim to get everything done as quickly as possible.

Can I use the equipment outside?

Sadly no, our equipment is designed for indoor use only.

Do your prices include delivery?

Our prices include free delivery within 10 miles of BS15, a small delivery charge then applies outside that. We will always inform you of our charges.

What are do you cover?
